Vous augmentez le thermostat de quelques degr\u00e9s, vous enfilez une couche suppl\u00e9mentaire ou vous vous emmitouflez dans une couverture\u00a0? Une enqu\u00eate montre que les hommes sont prompts \u00e0 bondir sur le thermostat alors que les femmes, dans une approche \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus durable, pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent se glisser sous une couverture toute douce.<\/p>\n<h2>Que faites-vous par temps froid\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>La multinationale am\u00e9ricaine Honeywell, bien connue pour son thermostat rond, a voulu savoir comment nous r\u00e9glions la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 la maison. C\u2019est pourquoi elle a interrog\u00e9 un millier de Belges. En voici les r\u00e9sultats\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>45\u00a0pour cent des hommes et 32\u00a0pour cent des femmes <strong>augmentent le chauffage<\/strong> lorsqu\u2019il fait froid\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>75\u00a0pour cent des femmes <\/strong>choisissent d\u2019abord de s\u2019emmitoufler dans une <strong>couverture<\/strong>, alors que seuls 51\u00a0pour cent des hommes y pensent\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>48\u00a0pour cent des femmes et des hommes enfilent un <strong>pull suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong> ou une couche suppl\u00e9mentaire lorsqu\u2019il fait froid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qui r\u00e8gle le thermostat\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Vous pourriez croire que, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, ce sont les hommes qui r\u00e8glent le thermostat. D\u00e9trompez-vous\u00a0! Un homme sur cinq avoue que c\u2019est sa compagne qui <strong>g\u00e8re le thermostat<\/strong>. Et ces dames pr\u00e9cisent m\u00eame qu\u2019elles d\u00e9terminent la temp\u00e9rature de leur habitation. Mais bien s\u00fbr, il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9 puisque pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des Belges sond\u00e9s consid\u00e8rent que la temp\u00e9rature de leur habitation doit faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une d\u00e9cision commune.<\/p>\n<p>Que les femmes se soucient davantage de la temp\u00e9rature et r\u00e8glent plus souvent le thermostat est peut-\u00eatre li\u00e9 au fait qu\u2019en moyenne, plus de femmes que d\u2019hommes travaillent \u00e0 la maison. Le <strong>sentiment de confort<\/strong> personnel des femmes joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important\u00a0: 92\u00a0pour cent des femmes estiment que leur confort d\u00e9pend de la chaleur qui r\u00e8gne dans leur maison. Pour les hommes, ce pourcentage est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur\u00a0: seulement 87\u00a0pour cent. Selon cette m\u00eame \u00e9tude, les femmes estiment qu\u2019il fait froid \u00e0 partir de <strong>18\u00b0C<\/strong> alors que pour les hommes, cette limite est inf\u00e9rieure\u00a0: 17,4\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h2>Toujours une temp\u00e9rature agr\u00e9able chez vous<\/h2>\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas si simple de toujours d\u00e9terminer la bonne temp\u00e9rature. Comment veiller toutefois \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature agr\u00e9able, stable et saine dans votre maison\u00a0?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Isolez<\/strong> suffisamment votre habitation afin que la temp\u00e9rature ne chute pas trop vite.<\/li>\n<li>Optez pour une <strong>installation de chauffage \u00e9conome<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/onesmartcontrol.com\/fr\/fonctions-systeme-domotique\/climatisation\/\">R\u00e9glez la temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9rieure<\/a> avec <strong>ONE Smart Control<\/strong> et d\u00e9terminez la temp\u00e9rature de chaque pi\u00e8ce individuellement, \u00e9galement \u00e0 distance depuis votre smartphone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Et vous, que faites-vous lorsqu\u2019il fait froid\u00a0?
